External Trainer

External Trainers deliver the Crisis-Ready Interventionist Certification to organizations or public cohorts, either in person or online, priced at $399 per participant.

External Trainers are able to earn through revenue share or referrals through their networks. This pathway is ideal for experienced trainers who want to grow their practice while helping organizations build crisis readiness.

Trainer Pathways

Internal Trainer

Internal Trainers deliver the Crisis-Ready Interventionist Certification within their own organization to build internal crisis response capability. Employees are certified at $99 per participant, allowing organizations to scale training across teams.

Internal Trainers are salaried employees who train on behalf of their employer and help embed early intervention and psychological safety into everyday work.

Eligibility Requirements

Please answer all questions on the application to demonstrate that you meet the following criteria. Answers must be in paragraph form to provide the reviewer with a detailed overview of who you are, your experience in workplace mental health and what you bring as a Crisis Ready Trainer.  

Please note, applications missing information will be returned to the applicant. 

  • Minimum 2 years frontline experience in workplace mental health, HR, PHS, OHS, or equivalent

  • Current trainer credentials in good standing within a recognized program for a minimum of 2 years

  • Ability to train a minimum of 200 Crisis-Ready Interventionists per year

  • No criminal record

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, email, and reliable internet access

  • Experience using Zoom or MS Teams for virtual delivery

  • External Trainers must provide a Tax Identification Number (TIN)
