Eligibility Requirements
Please answer all questions on the application to demonstrate that you meet the following criteria. Answers must be in paragraph form to provide the reviewer with a detailed overview of who you are, your experience in workplace mental health and what you bring as a Crisis Ready Trainer.

Minimum 2 years frontline experience in workplace mental health, HR, PHS, OHS, or equivalent
Current trainer credentials in good standing within a recognized program for a minimum of 2 years
Ability to train a minimum of 200 Crisis-Ready Interventionists per year
No criminal record
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, email, and reliable internet access
Experience using Zoom or MS Teams for virtual delivery
External Trainers must provide a Tax Identification Number (TIN)
